Setting default presets in Windows - the Preferences screen?

Hi. I’m looking for the Windows 7 equivalent of this Mac instruction, which comes from moultriecreek.us/gazette/scrivener-presets/

“Once everything’s the way I want it, I can then make them your default presets so every new project will be set up just like this one. To do that, I go to the Scrivener Preferences panel (Scrivener > Preferences), choose the Formatting button then click the Use Formatting in Current Editor button.”

Thanks
Gary

Silly me.
It’s in exactly the same place in Windows as in Mac.
The left-most button in the formatting bar.
Has a lower case a and a drop down icon.
