Setting up Scrivener on multiple accounts on the same PC

Hello Support Team,

I have 3 accounts set up on my PC and wondered if it would be OK to have Scrivener installed on 2 of them?

I’m using Windows 10.

The licence seems to be geared to machines on which you are the main user, rather than to individual user accounts.

When you purchase a licence for Scrivener, you automatically receive what we call a “household” licence for the platform you selected. What we mean by this is as follows:

You can install and run Scrivener on any machines you own and of which you are the predominant user.
You can install and run Scrivener on any machines based predominantly in your house and used by family members living with you.
This only applies to machines running the platform covered by your licence (you cannot use a Mac serial number with the Windows version or vice versa, because the Mac and Windows versions are separate development efforts).

So, having it on two separate accounts on the same PC when you’re the main user on that machine seems fine on the face of it — but obviously, only the developers can give you the definitive answer to that…
