shorcuts for moving around in the editor

A real text editor has many shorcuts for moving around in the editor.
A word processor has few; I feel scrivener is mimiking the second, when the first would be a better choice. These are some I use all the time in sublime editor:

  • ctrl + enter goes to end and adds a blank line, no matter where you are in the current line
  • ctrl + k deletes the current line
  • ctrl + c copies current line if nothing selected
  • ctrl + arrows moves by paragraph

etc
