Simpler way to number chapters

I just bought your programme after working with it for about 4 hours. Great stuff congratulations on the 1.0 release. I think the menu user interface can be improved. Going three levels deep to insert a chapter numbers is not really neat. It would be nice if this can become an icon command that you can optionally put on the customizable toolbar.

Remember that you can just insert these variables manually into the text - e.g. <$n> and so on…
