Small Request in Binder

Hello, all …

First time poster here and loving this damn program. Hat’s off to KB and team for a Godsend product. And I offer my firstborn and a new car if the speed at which the Win version mirrors the Mac version increases. :laughing:

Here’s the wish: When in the Binder, the actual editing of text takes place using what I believe is the default font, not the user-chosen font for the Binder. This is admittedly a small thing, but when trying to keep all the panes lined up where I want them, not seeing how titles and sub-titles in Binder are actually going to appear is a minor irritant. I’m referring to things like Binder’s text/titles disappearing “underneath” the main Scrivener window, for example.

In short, the font shown when editing in Binder should be the font the user has chosen for the text in the binder. Agreed?

That’s a reasonable suggestion. Whether or not it is possible depends upon whether the plain-text editing field that is used to change the title is capable of being styled. Typically this is possible, so it’s probably just an oversight that it does not currently use the display font.
