Solved - Compile doesn't consider changes.

Never mind - very often, there is actually nothing broken - your’e just too stupid.

So, what happened is that I accidentally had some double text in my document. The same passage repeated itself after a few pages. I kept changing one, forgot the other, and that is what I found in the compiled document. So, all is good - no software issue.

So here is my problem:
I wrote a novel in the standard novel format. Then, I compiled the document to .pdf. When I read the .pdf, I noticed a couple of things I would like to change. So I went back to the original document, selected the scene, made some changes in the text and hit “compile” again. The old .pdf is overwritten, but when I open it, the changes are not in. I still get the old text that I already changed.

What am I doing wrong?
