Is there any way to change the spacing of combined chapters in Edit Scrivenings? Some of my sections are double, some 1.5. (don’t ask, but it’s the way I work). Neither the Spacing in the ruler, nor in the Text menu has any effect - I just get a clunking noise, which I assume means, b. off.
Since I have 52 chapters with assorted spacing, the prospect of having to alter each one doesn’t thrill me.
Any suggestions?

You can’t edit multiple documents at once in E.S. as it could potentially cause problems - hence the clunk. Set the spacing you want in the Text Editing Preferences and then select the documents in the binder and use Documents > Convert > to Default Style to convert the format of multiple documents. This will affect all formatting, not just spacing though.
