I’m on Scrivener 3 for Windows Beta version 2.9.0.16 (expires 15 May 2019). I use the split screen function frequently.
Today, my split screen now defaults to vertical and does not save that I keep changing it to horizontal. More frustratingly, it only wants to change the top/left window to the file I click on, which means that I cannot change my second screen. My work around has been turning off the split screen and opening it back up so that they’re on the same thing and then clicking on the other document I want to view, but this really defeats the purpose and makes things much more cumbersome.
I think that a glitch was introduced with the latest Beta update because this has never happened before. Is anyone else experiencing this? Have you figured out how to make it work the way it’s supposed to?
