I have been working on family history for several years, and want to start using Scrivener using work written in MS Word, saved and imported as RTF. I don’t seem to be able to set up a new project using these files. What are the steps?
Open a new project using the template of your choice.
Name it.
On the main menu, go to File|Import|Files.
Browse to and select the files you want to include.
Note: Scrivener doesn’t seem to like docx files, so you’ll want to convert them to doc files first.
