still getting the scriver tutorial

I just downloaded Scrivener after using the tutorial. It seems I’m still opening the tutoria even after restarting the computer, etc. Is this the version I am supposed to use? I did a systems search and this seems to be the only version that comes up. Am I missing something?

By default, Scrivener opens the projects which were open when you last quit the program. If you want to just close the tutorial, you can click the X button in the upper-right corner of the window. That should bring you to the template chooser window, which lets you create a new empty project.

If you want to keep the tutorial open while you create a new project, just go to File->New Project.
