Structured Outline--Hierarchical Numbering

Hi All,

 Okay. Not sure what happened there with the hierarchical numbering and why it wouldn't number the base folders for Level 1. When I noticed that one or two folders were indeed numbered correctly, I duplicated that folders in place of the others and had to cut and paste all text and child folders that weren't numbered correctly as well. --A painstaking process, yes, but now the compiled outline is sublime. 
 Anyone have an idea what can cause this? 
 I can perhaps offer an insight: I copied and pasted my entire project into another one with the preferred Document Template in place. Could this make a difference?
