stubborn bookmarks

I’ve been trying out the bookmarks feature, and although I find it very useful indeed, there is one little issue which I can’t figure out with the manual: How the heck do I delete the thing? I can mark it and hit “delete” and it seems to be gone, but when I try to write something where the bookmark used to be, the purple bubble reappears… I guess I’m being a bit daft here, but I really can’t figure it out.

A bookmark is just an inline annotation, so just delete it and then, if you want to type where it was, turn off the inline annotation formatting (shift-cmd-A, or Formatting > Inline Annotation).

All the best,
Keith

Ah… I didn’t get the connection between bookmarks and inline annotations, but now it makes thanks. By the way: Thank you for a great software (which sometimes feels like my living room) and for the best online support I have yet experienced. 8)

Thanks!
