Publishing scholarly articles can be so hit-and-miss, I wanted to share my experience with you.
I bought Scrivener last year, about mid-year as I recall, and immediately set about developing an idea for a journal article. Working on the idea was so easy and pleasurable due to Scrivener’s UI and kept me coming back and working hard on it. Integration with Bookends for endnotes and citations. Output to Nisus Pro for final formatting.
My submission was accepted with only minor editing notes on the first try and will be published in late summer.
If only I’d known long ago that using Scrivener would make getting articles accepted so much faster!
