suddenly dropdown menu and other font in novel text

Suddenly, in my novel text there is a dropdown menu, and I cannot continue writing because the font is changing etc.
The dropdown menu is a list:
Scene Heading
Action
Character
Parenthetical
Dialogue
Transition
Shot
General Text

Even pressing ‘General Text’ doesn’t solve the problem. Does anyone know how to get rid of this menu?

Ah, discovered the solution: my editor had gone into Script Mode, so the solution was simply pressing Ctrl-4 to get out of it.
