Suggestion: Not Going to the End After Failed Search

I’ve just spend hours making changes suggested by my proofreader. I often had to find text to locate an error that she referred to.

When you search for text in Scrivener, and it isn’t found, you are asked if you want to search from the beginning. If you choose Yes, and that search fails, the cursor is placed at the end of the document (or the whole manuscript).

That’s a very inconvenient place to be. The next search will fail. I see no advantages to being left at the end.

Instead, consider going to the start of the document, or to the location at which the search first began.
