I’m working off a 17" laptop. A smaller screen size provides a different experience. For my size screen, I find the scroll bar in the binder panel should be wider, similar to the width of the bar for the editor, bookmarks, the previous version’s binder bar, and all other scroll bars within this beta program. For me its harder to grab with the current width. It could be manually adjusted for those with a different preference. The setting would fit under Options->Appearance->Binder using a setting “0-3” for example or a checkmark for “Normal Scroll Bar Width”.
Another option is to dynamically widen the scroll bar on mouse over for 1 sec. Not sure how practical that is, but it might be worth a try on the design tweaking list.
