Looks like I have it. Symptoms started over the weekend and escalated to me being home from work the last couple days. The nice thing is the weight loss. The bad thing is how I am losing weight! I wouldn’t say it is any worse then any other flu I have had, but the constant “oink-oink-oink” accompanied by the urge to flap my arms is becoming tedious to the family. Think about it a little vic-k. It will make sense. ---

Condolences, and I hope you feel better soon. It’s more dangerous in young people, so try to quarantine yourself a bit. Rest, take fluids, keep your mind on higher endeavors. Such as the reformation of Vic. ---

We think that the boy brought this one home. He had a couple of days of “I don’t feel well” followed by “Hey look, everything I ever consumed!” for a couple of hours. That was supplemented by two days of “How about I sleep until December?”. All in all 5 days, only one of which was what I would call traumatic. We actually had trouble convincing him that he was well. No real fever. For the record my kids rarely get sick. It might be much worse for those that have less tank like constitutions. ---

Sounds very much like a variant of the Outer Hebridean Attention Seeking virus. A high velocity boot to the posterior, usually ensure a full and speedy recovery. Do take care Dr Mulality ---

Well to put things into perspective over the chaos and fear of “swine flu”. Swine flu killed less than 2000 people world wide during its greatest amount of exposure. The regular flu last year alone killed over 125,000 people world wide and yet you don’t see the fear attached to it every year, you don’t see the “billions” in tax payers money spent on vaccines, nor do you see the “Crisis” mode during flu season. And you don’t see many reports on the fact that the strain of swine flu going around is a very weak one “when talking about viruses” and that this strain has a lot of trouble multiplying. I think to some protein or something, can’t remember. But it is a very nice tool to create a “crisis” so more money and control can be demanded of people by those that are the powers that be. So remember, everyone should run naked in the streets and agree to let our governments charge us billions so they (government officials) can get “vaccinated”.
