sync folders with external folder wit dropbox

Is is possible to sync a folder using “Sync with External Folder” and DropBox so that separate folders show in Dropbox and not just a list of files in the Sync-folder?

No - that would involve synchronising the entire folder structure, which would not be possible for many boring technical reasons (Scrivener’s binder may look like a file system, but it is not one; a file system cannot be ordered arbitrarily, whereas Scrivener’s binder can; Scrivener’s folders are really just fancy text documents, and so on).
