Sync

When I’m away from home or even on my deck, I use a laptop. When I’m inside at my desk in formal work mode, I use a desktop. Yojimbo, for example, allows me to sync using my .Mac account. I take notes wherever I am and everything gets neatly transferred.

I would love to see this ability in Scrivener.

Thanks for a very interesting product. Still scratching my head to see if it would save me time, or if I would actually burn more time by trying to think in this mode.

As I understand it, Jojimbo is more like DevonThink in that it holds one database of miscellaneous data. Scrivener, on the other hand, is project based, and these projects will generally be a lot smaller than a Yojimbo or DT database, so the idea is that you would sync a .scriv file in the same way as you might sync a .doc or .rtf file.
All the best,
Keith
