I work now with Deadalus on Ipad ( because u know why 
) I would want to Know if it’s possible to synchronise the Scratch Pad with .txt conversion (and not on .rtfb) via Dropbox.

Sorry, this isn’t a possibility. You can of course set up your scratch pad folder to use something in Dropbox and thus have a universal scratch pad between computers, but I don’t know of any mobile apps that can read RTFD.
