Synopsis under the topic in outline instead of to side

On the windows version of scrivener the synopsis in outline mode is “to the side.” It has a much more elegant (and helpful) placement in the mac version. It is underneath the heading.
So my wish list is that the windows version also be formatted in this way.

All features demonstrated in the Mac design are implicitly included in the list of things to do for the Windows version. The Mac version is the roadmap. Please do not post, asking for feature X from the Mac to be made available for Windows.
