[Tab] and [Enter] Not always working on screenwriting

Hi guys

First of all, thank you for this amazing software. I have been using it for a little over a year and it has solved many of my writing problems so far. I love Scrivener.

I recently started writing a short film screenplay for a project of mine and, though it works great in almost every aspect, I’m finding a little bit annoying that sometimes the predefined [Tab] and [Enter] actions don’t work as expected.

For example, Im writing a character and, as it is predefined, if I pressed [Enter] it would send me directly to Dialogue. But yet, when I actually do press it, it doesn’t go to Dialogue but instead it get stuck on Character. This happens a lot, not only with Character but sometimes with the Dialogue. When I’m in a Dialogue, Scrivener tells me that if I pressed [Enter] it would send me to Action, but instead it remains on Dialogue.

Does anyone know why this happen? I can understand why sometimes Scrivener could be bad-guessing the next paragraph style, but if it says it would be a Dialogue if a press Enter, I expect it to actually be a Dialogue.

Hope anybody can help me out here
Thanks in advance
