Will Scrivener utilize templates such as scene templates from a “Templates Sheet” folder in Research?

The software doesn’t do anything special with the provided sheets, if that is what you mean. If you want to create a fresh copy of something so that you can fill it in without overwriting the original, duplicate it first with Ctrl-D.

Breaking habits (read mind sets) from other programs is more difficult than learning a new one.
