I was going to provide an example of the Maine dialect, but you nailed it! Some other important words used around here are “bub”, “bubland”, “wicked”, and “chook” (chicken, though I’m sure many of you know this). “I says to him” is a common phrase. It’s a very annoying dialect- very unintelligent sounding.
