text disappeared with "save as" - bug?

I’ve got a novel I’ve been working on. I did just reorganize all my files…

I had a file that opened fine. I moved it to a new folder sorting folder. (Note, I moved the entire Scrivener project folder - I didn’t mess with anything inside.

I opened it from its new folder. It appeared to be fine. The inspector was no longer showing (it was when I closed the project so I could move it to a new folder) so I clicked on the “i” to make the inspector show.

I did “save as” to create a new working copy and save the old copy as is.

I used “find” to find and make a few corrections, but as I progressed through the manuscript, when I got to a correction that would be in the second folder (second chapter) I discovered that there was text ONLY in the first folder of my binder.

ALL OF THE TEXT FROM ALL OF THE OTHER FOLDER DOCUMENTS WAS GONE, THERE WERE A BUNCH OF BLANK FOLDERS AND TEXT DOCUMENTS, EVEN THOUGH THE BINDER LOOKED FINE!

I went back to my original project, the one that I created the new one from by using “save as.” All of my text is still there.

I created a new document using “save as.”

This time, I looked through the later part of the documents before starting to put in corrections. Everything appears to be fine.

Any ideas as to why all the text from all but the first folder in the binder would disappear, possibly when using “save as”?
