How do I insert a text separator for a manuscript I intend to compile for e-readers? I’d choose a wingding, but I’m afraid that the readers would just convert the images to whatever font the reader was set for.
I used a small image file between mine. I basically just set up a segment without any text, inserted the image into it, and then centered it in there. Works great when compiling. The only thing that bit me is that the image I used has a white background; it looks funny when you have your Kindle set to a non-white background. I need to play around and see if Scrivener supports image transparency but I’m too busy writing.
