The License server is not the one installed from the application.
If this occurred accidentally then contact for further support.

Scrivener will now be shut down. Please reinstall the application and purchase a valid license to continue using Scrivener.

Open the support ticket as Katherine says, but also make sure that you don’t have anti-virus/Internet Security software that is running silent proxy service or somehow otherwise intercepting Scrivener’s connection to the licensing servers on the Internet.
