Couldn’t people show just a little respect by pretending to not get their stories done until the last minute? Common decency. Why, all I’ve got is three characters, a rasher of trepidation, and rather too much backstory – which last will by design never see the light of day.

I can’t afford to tend to your sensitivities or sensibilities because I have been struggling to make time for writing and my life only gets busier. Submission was now or never, and I’m not one to make excuses once I’ve committed to something. Thankfully I’ve made my choice. Now, over to you.

Now look here! I’m procrastinating as fast as I can!
I’m a thousand words into my story and the word vommit keeps on coming. I’m like that little girl in the room full of horse-poop, digging through it happily, because with all the evidence I’m sure there is a story in here somewhere.
