the ol' lockup bugaboo

started using freeby (Inter)NaNoWriMo. Soon decided to buy as a 20% discount Nano user. Did, and got registered—no problems. Decided to delete Nano version and re-load with latest straight-ahead Scriv 2. Did—no problem till I opened the file I’d been working on, which was over a gig in size; it was full of text info I’d copied in from my Power Structure program (which I’ve struggled with for years to make do as a Scrivener-type software).
This newest download goes swirly-colored ball on me at every startup. Help!
I’ve looked at some posts and got a suggestion to open Console App. in my OS 10.6 environment. So, here’s the latest Grab of that page:

When did you download the release version? Check which build you are using by going to Scrivener > About Scrivener. The build number can be found in brackets after the “2.0”. If you are on any build lower than 6076, please try re-downloading and re-installing, as I posted a slightly updated version yesterday evening that should have fixed problems similar to this one. If it doesn’t fix it, or you already have that version, let me know and we’ll take it from there.
Thanks,
Keith
