The zh_CN couldn't use（不能使用简体中文界面）

I’m use the version 1.9.0 downloaded from this website.
When I change the language of the Scrivener to zh_CN from the Option-Language setting, it can’t work. And I have check the “Translations” folder, there only one “qt_zh_CN.qm” file in it, not like other Language (11 flies).
Please review this bug! Thank you.

我使用的版本是1.9.0，从http://www.literatureandlatte.com上下载安装的。
当我从Option-Language设置中修改语言为简体中文时，返回的界面仍然是英文的，重启后也是这样。我检查了安装根目录下的“Translations”文件夹，发现关于简体中文的只有一个qt_zh_CN.qm文件，而其他语言都有11个文件。
希望能够修改这个bug，谢谢 :slight_smile:
