I’m neither a frequent forum poster nor a movie watcher. But I got this recommendation from Netflix -their recommendation system almost freaks me out, how did they know that I would like this?

You’ll have to endure it to the end, it’s not perfect all the way. But it is totally about writing!
If not for anything else, you get to see Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thomson. How’s that for a treat?
