TOC at end of book as well as beginning. Why?

Hi,

I noticed that the table of contents to my book is showing up at the very end of the book, as well as at the beginning. At the end of each chapter title there is a box with the dotted line and inside are the letters OBJ.

Any explanation for how to remove this extra TOC page?
