Transferring over to new computer

Hi! I bought Scrivener back in 2013 after I won nanowrimo. I am trying to transfer Scrivener to my new laptop, but when I enter my email address to retrieve the serial number, it says it does not recognize my email address. I have also tried my alternate email address as well as my aunt’s who I believe could have assisted me in purchasing Scrivener. none of the accounts have an order receipt in them.

How can i find a record and prove that I bought Scrivener so that I can get the serial number for my new laptop?
