Translating to Mac from Windows

Good day,

Quick question: I am using Windows 7, now, but intend to transfer to the Mac after the first of the year. As far as Scrivener is concerned, will that be just a matter of exporting/importing files with no loss of capability, or should I perhaps wait until I go to the Mac?

Thanks, Ray Rippel

You don’t have to import/export anything. Just work on with your project on the Mac.

Just be sure to copy the entire “.scriv” project directory and it’s contents. That is your whole project. On the mac, the directory and it’s contents will look like a single file.
