trying to find the right beta page to download

Hi,

This may have been asked before, but where do I download the latest beta?

I go here:

and see a whole bunch of posts! Lots of work wow guys. But then there’s the first beta (Release Candidate 7, version 2.9.9.7) and no link for the latest beta on the second forum page, Beta 34, version 2.9.0.34:

Sooo…is the first link what I download even though it doesn’t say beta 34? I don’t work in tech…at all. So, simple is key here.

There are two links 32bit and 64 bit near the top of the page.
