Turn off Stay on top for the Layout Manager window?

Is there a way to turn off Stay on top for the Layout Manager window?

I have two monitors setup and use to put the Layout Manager window on my second monitor so I can quickly switch between different layouts. The problem is that I use this second monitor for other tasks as well, and having the Layout Manager open obscures their windows since its window is always on top.

Try opening the Layout Manager window with the Alt key pressed in the next Beta 29 update. It will make you happy. Enjoy!
