Unable to click on menus/controls

Hi,

I just installed Scrivener on my pc running Vista 32-bit. I can open the program, but after that it doesn’t allow me to click on any of the menus or controls, only to hit the upper x and exit. I can (sort of, this is buggy for me) click on the side outline to toggle between parts of a project, and add things by right clicking, but beyond that I can’t actually do anything. Is this a known problem? Please help, and thanks.

Do you use a graphics pen or tablet? If so, try using a mouse to see if this solves the problem.

Yes, I do use a Wacom tablet. I had no idea that might interfere - I’ll try it with a mouse. Thanks.
