Hi! I couldn’t complete the installation, and it looks like I ran out of space. How big is Scrivener?? How much space should I have left on my hard drive to ensure that a) Scrivener installs correctly, and b) runs smoothly.

We recommend about 100MB of space for installation–the actual install should come out to around 84MB, and then how large your projects are will depend on how much and what you import into them–projects with large video files, images, lots of PDFs, etc. will of course end up significantly bigger than projects that are mainly text. Proposed requirements based on the beta feedback are
OS: XP or higher (32 or 64 bit)
RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) or higher recommended
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or higher
Graphics: 1024 × 768 or higher-resolution monitor
Hard Disk: 100 megabytes (Mb) for installation
