My Mac recently died, so I am using my PC right now. Unfortunately, I cannot open the .scriv files that I made on my Mac. When I click on the .scriv folder I can only see the .rtfd files. Is there a way to open my previously saved files on my PC?

What version of Scrivener for Mac did you have? The Windows version uses the same project format as Mac version 2.0 and newer; Mac 1.x projects are not compatible.
A Mac 2.0 project should contain a .scrivx file inside the .scriv folder: double-click that file to open the project under Windows.
If you have any Mac access at all, you can download and install the latest Scrivener (for Mac) trial, and then use it to convert your projects to the new format.
