Unable to register

I’m told to enter my name and serial number, as explained in my confirmation e-mail … but that e-mail didn’t list a name, so I’m apparently guessing wrong as to what you think my NAME is!

Just so you know, I deleted your screenshot because it contained your full registration information, and this is a public forum.

I did get a look at it though, and it appears to me as though you are trying to register with your coupon. The Amazon invoice you were sent should have provided full instructions on where to redeem that and get a registration number out of it. If you have problems getting the coupon code to take, it could be someone already stole it from your screenshot, it can only be used once. Please contact support so we can help you out.

It took hours to get the confirmation e-mail, and I thought I already had it. But I had an Amazon confirmation, not the one that counts. So I did get the product registered.

I’m not actually planning to USE the Windows product, BTW. I just find myself frequently trying to help people on the Facebook Scrivener Users page, and it’s helpful having Windows Scrivener for that. I run it on WinXP under Parallels on my Mac.

You have a good point about my screenshot, and I’m glad you removed it.
