Unable to resize option windows

I’m unable to resize option or compiler windows, and since my laptop screen doesn’t allow me to to actually see OK or Cancel buttons. I’m unable to see what I’m clicking when I use the enter key.

Attempting to resize the height of the windows makes them drop lower. Occasionally they disappear below the bottom of the screen entirely.

I’m using Windows 10 and the screen on my laptop is approximately 13"

Win Scriv is designed for a minimum screen size of 1080px high at 100% scaling. If you decrease your current scaling setting, does it help?
