Underline from MS Word back to Italics in Scrivener

I have a MS Word document, which originated from Scrivener by the way, formatted in a manuscript way: Courier 12 pt and all italics converted to underline words. Now I want to import this long word document back to Scrivener and I wonder if there is a way to convert the underlined words into italics.

By the way, since I want to translate this document, I gave a look at some CAT tools, played around a bit with them and after pondering I decided that the scrivener split screen is far more flexible and relaxing to work with.

Well, I know one easy way to do this: do a search and replace in Word before you bring the doc over. In Word you can search for underline and replace with italics.
