Unusable version on intranet computer

Hi,

I’m using Scrivener to write my PhD thesis. A few months ago I got the University IT team to install it on my office computer so I could work there as well as on my laptop. I registered it with the same registration key.

It’s been working fine for months. Today it opened as if it was still the trial version. I found the serial number in my email and entered it. I got a popup saying ‘validated successfully’ and then another saying it wasn’t activated yet. Then it froze. Now any time I try and open it it freezes at the ‘what would you like to do’ screen.

This is incredibly annoying. Please help.

If you have the latest update, then I’d contact support directly. Forum visitors can’t help you with activation issues associated with your license. If you aren’t up to date, then you’ll need to do that to get the latest fixes.
