As shown in the image, the progress bar is not aligned at the top; it hovers in the middle, looking strange.
The style should be updated to make it align with the top and bottom of the Quick Search toolbar item. Additionally, since the toolbar has become taller, perhaps making the progress bar taller would also be a good idea.
Additionally, compared to Safari, the icon size on the Scrivener toolbar are relatively smaller, but the icon spacing is larger.

As for the rest, that’s probably just down to standard toolbars vs the ones where buttons are jammed into the title bar of the window.
