Update Windows license to Mac?

Hi there.

I’ve sent in 2 emails (16 August and 13 October) asking if I can have my Windows license transferred to Mac now that I use a MacBook.

I haven’t had any reply

Who is the best person to contact to arrange a license transfer?

Hey, you might need to check your spam filter and make sure you aren’t getting our replies tossed (whitelist tenderapp.com if you can). I have checked your threads and we definitely responded multiple times to them. Sorry you’ve been twiddling your thumbs! Here is our policy on transfers:

…it is possible to transfer a licence from one platform to another, if the software was bought directly from us (not applicable for purchases made through Amazon or via the Mac App Store) and not part of a bundle or promotional deal. If you need to do this, please contact us at sales@literatureandlatte.com. (Please note that there is a processing fee associated with this service, and that the licence on the old platform will cease to work as soon as the licence has been transferred to the new platform.)
