hi, I updated scrivener on my work computer yesterday and left the office and everything was fine. now from my home computer, when i open the project as saved through the udpated system at work, my footnotes are missing. there’s a blue highlighted hyperlink that my computer won’t open, but no footnote. Help?
Did you update your home computer to 1.9 as well? It sounds like you might have a very old version of Scrivener running on the home computer, and it is trying to load the new format even though it shouldn’t be (it’s an old bug). If that is the case, you might wish to discard the copy of the project you tried to open and restore from the work copy fresh just to be on the safe side.
