Upgrade working?

Trying to upgrade to 2.0 from my mid-September purchase on this page:

and it’s not recognizing the email. I did email sales a few hours ago to inquire about the issue, but just wanted to check here that the upgrade was up and working and maybe it’s just something with my email addy in the system.

It is working, yes, so there must be a problem with your particular e-mail address. David has about a thousand e-mails to get though, but I’m sure he’ll get back to you shortly. Sorry for the problems!
