I purchased Scrivener for Windows 1 on June 20, 2020. At that time it included a free upgrade to Windows 3. I subsequently upgraded and it worked fine.
I recently had to reinstall Windows 10, Before I did, I deactivated Scrivener 3.
I reinstalled Scriv 3 on Win 10. I tried to enter the license number I received for Scriv 1 and it failed, saying this was the wrong number.
Can I receive a license appropriate for Scrivener 3? How should I proceed?
