Use Scrivener for MAC and sync with Scrivener Windows (last version)

Hi,
it’s correct that if I try to open a Mac project with the windows version doesn’t open and I have an error?

Win version 1.9 can’t open the format used by Mac version 3. But the Mac version can save in the older format, readable by Win 1.9

Or you can download and install the Windows Beta 3, which opens Mac v.3 projects. I’ve been using that combination with my Windows-using collaborator for approximately 2 years. We have not been impacted by any of the bugs that have been dealt with or may still exist, as the demands of our shared projects are small. The only downside is having to spend a few minutes each month updating the Windows Beta as new Betas are launched before the expiry date.
