Using the corkboard to make one card go "under" another?

Hi – I love the corkboard for how it lets me change the order of scrivenings/cards just by dragging them.

But sometimes, I want to play with the structure of the tree and drag one card “onto” another so that the card I am dragging becomes a child of the card on to which it is dragged. Is there any way to do something like this?

PS: I am using Scrivener 3.1.5 on macOS Catalina.

Scrivener->Preferences…->Behaviors->Dragging & Dropping. Tick “Allow drop ons in corkboard”.
